Customer Stories & Testimonials

“…what I held in my hands was the most wonderful representation of my amazing soulmate that I could ever wish for…Monty was the absolute love of my life…your print somehow captures his soul, and in a way that goes beyond the effect of a photograph.” – Antonia (Monty’s mom)

“These were FANTASTIC! Thank you so much, and thanks for being patient with our crazy life, in taking so long to get everything to you, and thanks for then turning them around so quickly! They are beautiful. Lots of happy tears, here!”
– Chip
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a pet memorial keepsake?
Yes! Please see an example of this in the image above of the cute puppy and owner.
What makes a meaningful pet memorial keepsake?
Yes, I can add a tiny bit of your passed pet’s ashes into the ink of any etching. When checking out, add the ashes add-on to your cart and I will mail you a kit which has everything you need to collect a tiny portion of ash to ship to me. (If you don’t see an ashes add on, please email me.)
– The Complete Keepsake Etching already includes the ashes (along with a paw print, a lock of fur…)
How do I include ashes or paw prints?
Sometimes people get stuck on choosing “THE image,” but I just suggest to send me a few favorite photos (even smartphone shots) for me to choose the best candidate for an etching. It’s best to send images that are in focus and without filters applied to them. You can see how I chose Erby the dog’s best photo for her etching HERE.
Do you memorialize both dogs and cats?
Yes, I can add a tiny bit of your passed pet’s ashes into the ink of any etching. When checking out, add the ashes add-on to your cart and I will mail you a kit which has everything you need to collect a tiny portion of ash to ship to me. (If you don’t see an ashes add on, please email me.)

How many momentos like a paw print or nose print can I include?
Yes! Simply mail your greeting card to me at Greyboy Pet Prints PO Box 2992 Chino Hills CA 91709. Please tell me in the notes section of your etching order that a card is coming. Another option is to add one of our cards for $5 (holiday or sympathy card – found in the cart). There will be a place to note what you’d like me to hand write in the card.
How long does it take to receive?
