Cute little dog valentine art and cat valentine portrait gifts are premade and ready to personalize! These are fun petite thinking-of-you treats to surprise a dear friend or family with.

Sweet Dog Valentine Art

There are different dog breed noses, a kitty paws and a kitty nose that are ready to ship from Southern California. You can see the choices and pricing in the Greyboy Pet Prints shop. They come numbered, signed, personalized (if you wish) in a lovely cream archival mat. The cat and dog Valentine pet art is ready to easily pop into a standard-size frame. All of the frames seen here were purchased from Hobby Lobby.

They are those adorable kissable snouts and favorite furry paws of our pet companions that I’ve etched into metal, inked and then paired with fine Italian cotton paper on my Grammy’s printing press. You can feel the impression of the inked plate to the smooth paper.

I developed the idea last Valentine’s Day to help those just wanting a little memoir gift to delight with. Oftentimes, someone is thinking of doing a custom pet portrait etching, but they don’t have a picture handy to surprise their friend, or maybe they don’t want to spend as much as a custom etching.

Cat Valentine Gift

Here is what they looked like coming off the press with deckled edges. There are all kinds of fun way to enjoy them – whether that be in a 5×5 floating frame, an open frame or a shadow box look. I think my favorite is the petite etching set a table easel (easels found at Hobby Lobby).

So, who are you going to treat? Whose day needs a little brightening? Whether for Valentine’s Day, birthday, or pet loss, these tend to be cute little hits with those they are gifted for.

To get one of these sweet dog valentine or cat valentine gifts to someone special on Valentine’s Day, the deadline to order is Sunday, Feb. 9 for most U.S. locations. You can order a premade doggie nose etching or kitty nose or paws HERE. They ship from my home studio in southern CA. For this year, Valentine’s Day is on Friday, February 14.
