Unless an error is made on my part, returns and refunds are not accepted due to the custom and personalized nature of the artwork. I accept exchanges and can reprint if the buyer contacts me and ships back the portrait within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping
Please allow 5 business days for me to create your art once I receive your photo to etch. Artwork is shipped via USPS 1st class worldwide.
